Breathwork therapy is such a potent and powerful tool. It is gaining a lot of popularity in today’s modern age, which rightfully so- it is an amazing ally for healing. It is important to remember that breathwork can be for everyone if it is approached from a trauma trained position, and done in a way that focuses on building a connection between the client and facilitator that feels supportive. The goal is never to force any cathartic releases but rather invite someone’s natural intelligence of their system to come online. Breathwork is a dance to me: as a therapist my intention is to whole heartedly follow my client, & at the same time create space for exploration of possible therapeutic practices. A key part of breathwork therapy is working with consent, and making sure the client feels empowered to express their needs.

My style: How I like to approach breathwork is from a gentle yet deep place that is trauma trained. 
I know how powerful breathwork can be, so I like to make sure that we create a supportive space for you to lean into it. I ask clients do at least one counselling session with me first so we can build that foundation of familiarity and trust. This can make the session more potent, as that foundation has already been set. I am based in Victoria BC, Canada.
