Hi, I’m Lex, RTC:
Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), breathwork therapist, and somatic therapy practitioner based in Victoria BC.
Since 2014 I’ve been supporting individuals through deep emotional healing, transformation, and embodiment.
I support people to come home to themselves.
As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, my approach weaves together counselling, somatic awareness, breathwork therapy, and integrative healing practices to support deeper self-connection. My approach is trauma-aware, nervous-system informed & collaborative to meet you where you are.
Sessions are held with respect, attunement, and care for your unique process.
